Lange Chardonnay 2015 Bottle:12 Bertrand is the current Maume-in-chargeThis wine is all Dijon clone, aged in two to four year old puncheons. Bright and aromatic, it opens with a toasty scent and a mix of lemony citrus, pineapple and banana fruit. It's smooth and delicious and nicely layered, with an enduring finish. Still a bit too young to show its best, this was blended from top vineyard sources and fermented in stainless steel. It's a juicy, fruit powered wine, mixing apple, pear and melon in equal proportions. Here
